I am PAM

Hi PEEPS! *waves excitedly ^^

Welcome welcome to my little world of patisserie. Just to introduce myself, I am Pam (guessed you should have known it by now).

Things that you do not know and might want to know about me:
1. I am from Sunny Singapore <3 <3 <3, the tiny little red dot on the World Map. Can you see it?
2. I was an Auditor (2 years of hell which i didn't regret).
3. I graduated from Le cordon Bleu London with Diploma in Patisserie (kinda intensive baking for 9 months, my friends and I concluded that our hands smells 'yummy' just like butter & sugar even with multiple washings and sanitizing. Not complaining though. keke).
4. I did internship at Ritz London and Melt Chocolate London (awesome experience).
5. I love doing things that uses my hands and my right brain (think creative). :)
6. I like trying new things, be it tasting or experimenting (wooo something NEW!!! *eyes shines brightly!!).
7. I love traveling (to view God's wonderful creation).
8. I like photography (taking pictures of everything I see, they are my printed memories).
9. I like creating something (special if i can) to brighten peoples day.
10. This is a pastry blog right? Obviously without a doubt, I LOVE BAKING! just so you know :)
